Ask a 4 yr or younger kid to sit still ... just observe the expression saying
kids are full of energy and love to use their body parts. The more they use it, the more they explore themselves as well as the environment.
"It's not easy to sit still"
Make your child creative let them learn, give them a chance to explore and experience the world around, don't spoon feed them.
A creative child is a future leader.
